All cancellations are subject to a minimum $50 cancellation fee.
Balance of the total rental amount is due and owing 60 days
prior to the first date of occupancy. If the balance is not paid
on or before a date 45 days before the first date of occupancy,
the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation and
retain the deposit as liquidated damages. The reservation will
be considered irrevocably confirmed unless cancelled at least
120 hours prior to noon HST on the first date of occupancy.
Otherwise the entire sum paid will be retained. |
